PARTICIPATION IN THE AUCTION
You can participate in the auction in person or through written bids to be received by the 20th of the previous day, the day of the auctionby
letter, fax, e-mail or telephone (in the latter case, it is required a written request). The ANR will not apply any additional expense to the care
of the boards. With the signing of the form of the offer is underwritten in an explicit manner the unconditional acceptance of the present
regulation.
It is possible to indicate on the order form batches as an alternative to the preferential these offers will only be considered prior to the
sale.
The fees that go offers not well-defined (e.g. “better”, “take”, and “ ... more than the maximum offering”) will not be taken into account.
Objects are awarded to the best bidder; in case of a dispute between more bidders, the disputed object will be, at the sole discretion of the
the auctioneer, put back for sale during the auction itself and re-awarded. ANR will not accept transfers to third parties of lots already awarded and
deemed solely responsible for payment the successful tenderer; the participation in the auction in the name and for the account of third parties may be allowed only
prior to the offices of the ANR of a power of attorney notarized and adequate bank references.
ANR reserves the right to withdraw the auction any lot. The auctioneer, during the auction, has the right to combine or separate lots and possibly vary
the order of the sale. The same may, at its own discretion, withdraw lots if the bids do not reach the reserve price
agreed between the ANR and the seller.
The successful bidder will correspond to the ANR a commission for the auction for each lot, equal to 16 % (VAT included) on the hammer price.

The successful bidders (Italian citizens or resident in Italy) are required to provide to the NRA's own valid Identity Document and Tax Code, if not
already been provided in the past sales.
All participants in the auction is required, pursuant to the validity of an eventual award, complete a registration form with the data
personal and bank references prior to each auction, so that they may make offerings to the middle of the number assigned to them.
ANR may accept mandates for buying (written offers and telephone), making bids through the auctioneer in competition with the public participating in the auction. In case of identical bids, the written bid prevails over the oral expressed in the dining room.

In the case of two written bids be identical for the same lot, the same will be awarded to the bidder whose bid has been received
before. ANR reserves the right to reject bids from buyers not known unless it is issued a deposit covering the whole value of the
the value of the lots desired or, in any case, provided other adequate assurance. At the time of the award, the ANR will be able to ask to the buyer his
general and, in the case of a payment is not immediate and in cash, the successful tenderer shall deliver to the ANR bank references adequate and still
controllable: in the case of obvious untrue or incompleteness of the information or the circumstances described above or any inadequacy
of bank references, NRA reserves the right to cancel the contract of sale of the awarded lot.
The shots of the bids in the room, normally about 10%, will be at the discretion of the director of sales.

The conservation status indicated in the catalogue is the result of our personal experience and is formulated in a rigorous way. However, we invite you, Mr.
Customers to personally or hire their own expert to view and examine lots of interest to you.
ANR is acting as the agent of the sellers and shall not be held liable for the description of objects contained in the catalogues, in the
brochures and any other illustrative material; the descriptions above, as well as any other indication or illustration, they are purely
indicative only and may not generar loans of any kind in the bidders. All the auctions are preceded by an exhibition in order to allow a
in-depth examination about the state of preservation, the provenance, the type and quality of the objects. After the award, neither the NRA nor the seller
will be liable for defects related to the state of conservation, the incorrect attribution, the provenance, weight or lack quality
of the objects. ANR can release any guarantee in this sense, except in the cases provided for by law.
Lots containing more coins and does not illustrated are sold as seen and liked and are not subject to the surrender by the purchaser.
