1. SHOPPING ON SITE
On the Website you can consult the technical sheets of all items offered for sale, you can make selections, but not limited to, product Category and /or keyword. It is recommended that the User carefully read and understand the specific characteristics of the product and to view with attention and accuracy, the pictures published, reproductive article, in order to ensure, to the extent possible, the correspondence of their expectations.

Should the information not be exhaustive, the User can request, without commitment, more details via email, indicating the code of the item you're interested in. NR is committed to provide all the requested clarification, consult the Manufacturer directly. 2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
In the description and identification of the individual item, the User will be able to read the indication of the Producer and the characteristics of the article. The objects are generally ‘unique pieces’ or still produced in limited quantities, and not in series, decorated or made entirely by hand and, therefore, subject to small imperfections, considered to all effects, a characteristic of the uniqueness of each individual piece, and not manufacturing defects or non-conformity to the specifications indicated on the Site.

If the product you purchased or the service you have received does not fully meet the expectations of the Customer, the User may notify you by email to the NR, which will evaluate any corrective actions and improvement, the Customer shall have the right, however, to exercise the right of withdrawal as provided for in point. NR is the only one authorised to decide, at their discretion and without justification, such articles may be presented for sale on the site. NR is not responsible in any case for direct or indirect damages arising from improper use of the articles purchased by the User.

3. CATEGORIES OF GOODS AND SERVICES PROHIBITED
On this site it is absolutely forbidden the sale of goods and/or services are illegal, and, anyway, items or services for which the Italian law in force, prohibits the production and trade.

The Customer and/or Recipient residing outside of Italy, will need to ensure that the goods are about to buy can legally be imported into their country and that does not infringe in any way the laws in force in the country of destination and, therefore, will be solely and exclusively responsible for the acquisition, which will perfect you. It also prohibited the sale of:

4. CLAIMS AND THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
NR provides its Customers the right of withdrawal, as provided for in the directives the EU, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods; however, the costs of transport and insurance related to shipping will be the responsibility of the Customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send written notice, by registered letter with return receipt (which must still be sent in advance via e-mail) to NR, indicating the email address for the subsequent contacts, the bank details for the refund, the references of the Order (number and date) and the code of the article by the purchase of which you intend to withdraw. NR in turn, will send to the User via email, a return code (RMA) number and the address at which to send the return.

The returned item must be shipped with charges and expenses charged to the Customer, not later than 10 business days from the receipt of the RMA, to the address indicated by NR, with suitable packing on the weight, shape, to the nature and value of the content (respecting the rules and the advice of the carrier, generally available on the internet site of the courier who transports) and with an indication of the RMA. NR not be responsible for any damage caused during transport, and we reserve the right to reduce the refund of an amount equal to the damage suffered. In any case NR is not liable for damage, theft, loss or tampering, and for the goods by uninsured shipments.

The returned product must be intact, and the conservation status of “normal” (i.e. it must be kept with the diligence of a good father of the family), in its packaging and original packaging and no signs of wear, scratches, nicks, scratches, deformation, etc., and full of all of the items, including any accessories, manuals, notes, and certifications. 5. DAMAGED ITEMS ON DELIVERY
It is the obligation of the User to verify with care and diligence, the parcel and its contents at the time of the delivery by the courier, so to do, upon delivery, any written complaint to the courier, accept the goods by inserting the words ‘Agreed Reserve’, indicating the level of motivation (e.g. ‘Handling’, ‘Suspect tampering’, ‘Neck damaged’) on the waybill, delivery note or C. M. R and asking the carrier to sign with your first Name and Surname readable. This procedure is of fundamental importance in order not to lose the rights to the reimbursement of the sums already paid.

The User must then contact NR in writing by registered letter.r. advance by email within two business days, and attaching a copy of the document issued by the carrier and containing the Reserve, bringing the exact references of the Order and of the code of the damaged item.

NR then send instructions to the Client about the procedure to follow for returns. In order to consider a claim for damage, the Customer must provide to the carrier and/or NR all of the relevant information related to the shipment and the damage incurred, including photographs of the material and the packaging damaged. The contents of the shipment and the original packaging must be kept and placed at the disposal of the carrier and of the insurance for a possible inspection.

6. DELIVERIES AND SHIPMENTS
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of the items, their. The shipping charges, if not otherwise indicated, will be added to the overall total of items in the cart and will be displayed during checkout and in any case before the conclusion of the purchase process.

7. PAYMENT AND BILLING
All prices on the site are quoted in Euros, including Vat, net of transportation expenses unless otherwise explicitly stated. At any time the price can be subject to change, without notice, due to increases in costs applied by the Manufacturers, to the increase of the tax law, to the increase in the charges and fees relating to the buying and selling process.

NR undertakes to promptly update such information; however, in case of errors, or delays and, where NR is unable to guarantee the correct execution of the User's Order, shall notify the Customer in order to find an agreement for the resolution of the problem. In the event that some orders (or part of them are canceled for reasons beyond the control of NR, and for which the hypothesis NR does not accept any liability in this respect, the same shall to the full reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Customer for the transaction within the period referred to in p. 3, with the right of recourse against the head of the cancellation.

NR reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the conditions of sale and the terms of service and conditions of use of the Website. Mode and timing of the charge will be the following:

• Bank transfer: the Customer will be shown in the Cod. Iban on which to make the payment and fulfillment of your order will take place only in the moment in which the bank is credited. In the case of custom items ‘custom’ will be required to pay before the start of the production process.

8. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
If the destination address specified by the User should be outside of the Italian State, the Recipient may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the target country (especially in the case of destinations outside the EU) and non-controllable or measurable by NR in the venue of sale, so any additional costs for customs clearance and related practices will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer can contact the customs office of your Country for details.

The Customer, as the importer, will be solely responsible for the proper observance of the rules laid down in their own country, and is therefore invited to inform themselves about and to make sure that the goods that you have ordered is not prohibited by the laws in force in the Country of destination. 9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND JURISDICTION
In the regulation of relations between the various parties involved in the this site is subject to Italian law. In case of disputes, both at the national and international levels, the competent court is the court of Ravenna (Italy).

The contents of the site, in whole or in part, may be translated into multiple languages, but in any case, the only content is legal is the Italian language.

10. SELLER'S warranty AND MODALITIES OF the COMPLAINTS NR guarantees:
– the title of the gold ingots and coins is the object of the sale;
– the legitimate origin of the Product and its marketability;
– delivery of the Products in the more short-term in accordance with the needs of the cash-in-transit and in any case within 15 (quindicici) business days after the full payment of the Price;
– the integrity of the packaging at the time of delivery;
– to be authorised by the competent Authority to negotiate investment Gold;
– the awe of the Contract by the rules relating to a legal guarantee of conformity and guarantees for consumer goods within the meaning of community law and applicable national, including the Code of Consumption.
NR is not responsible for, vice versa, for any loss of any purely economic loss, loss of value of the precious metals or of currency, loss of profit, loss of business or another, each of which is a direct loss, indirect, or a consequence of the Contract and/or these General terms and Conditions. Pursuant to the D. Lgs. 206/2005 (the Consumer Code), the Customer can file a complaint by sending a written communication, within 8 (eight) days from receipt of the Products, in: Numismatica Ranieri Srl – Via de ' Poeti n. 4 – 40124 Bologna.

Waiting to know the outcome of the complaint, the Customer must keep the Product in its original packaging, intact and fitted to the inside of the certificate of the seller.

11. THE DOCUMENTS, STATEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer declares and guarantees:
– to be a consumer in accordance with art. 3 of the Consumer Code;
– be of age and have the legal capacity to conclude the Agreement and to use the site, the Internet of NR in accordance with the general conditions of the contract;
– that the data supplied by the same for the conclusion and execution of the Contract are correct, complete and truthful. NR has the right to believe that the e-mail sent to you have been received and accepted by the Customer, unless there is proof to the contrary.

12. FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer is responsible for paying fees and taxes relating to the purchase of Products.
